Dear Parents & Players,

We are pleased that you have decided to join up with the Patriots of Simi Valley! As many of you already know, youth football can be quite demanding, requiring commitment, responsibility and, most of all, teamwork from each and every one of you.

In a nutshell, our philosophy is "It's all about the kids". Our goal is to build athletes with integrity - on and off the field. One of the key goals of a football coach is to develop aggression, endurance, discipline and sportsmanship in the players, therefore, it will be common to see our coaches demand full attention from the players while challenging them to give it all they can during practice sessions. Your player will be encouraged on and off the field even through their mistakes - again our goal is to build up the players, not tear them down.
